中文摘要以一台2匹的柜式空调为实验平台,利用量热计法对两台铜翅片蒸发器进行了制冷性能测试实验,一台未做处理,另一台做亲水处理,处理方法是把铜翅片蒸发器在配制好的化学溶液中浸泡一段时间。实验分别在低湿、标准、高湿三种不同的室内空气条件下进行。实验结果表明:(1)化学处理法是一种有效的改善铜翅片蒸发器表面湿润性的方法;(2)经过亲水处理的蒸发器与未处理的蒸发器的制冷量相当;(3)制冷量随室内空气湿度的增加而增加.; Performance tests were conducted on two finned tube evaporators,which included an untreated copper fin evaporator and a hydrophilic treated copper fin evaporator.The hydrophilic treatment was done by immersing the evaporator in a chemical solution for a certain length of time. Each evaporator was tested with it being installed in the indoor unit of a cabinet-type air conditioner, which was used as the platform of the performance tests.Tests were conducted using the calorimeter method under three different air conditions:low humidity,normal humidity and high humidity.The test results suggest that,(1)the surface-treating method developed in this research is an effective means to improve the surface wettability of a copper finned tube evaporator,(2)the treated evaporator yields almost the same total cooling capacity as the untreated evaporator,(3)the total cooling capacity increases as the indoor air humidity increases.; 国际铜业协会(中国)项目资助
