中文摘要对于带径向接管的圆柱形压力容器,提出了一种以薄壳理论为基础的应力分析方法。与前人采用各种简化理论解不同,该方法基于精确的圆柱壳Morley方程解以及两圆柱壳交贯线处精确的边界条件,从而提高了解的精度,其适用范围扩大至开孔率0.93。一系列密网格三维有限元解验证了解的可靠性。本文根据作者所提出的理论解给出了圆柱壳大开孔补强的分析设计方法,分析表明:在大开孔情况下等面积补强法没有足够的安全裕度。; A stress analysis method is presented for the cylindrical pressure vessels with intersecting nozzles.Instead of previous approximate analytical solutions,the method is based on the exact solutions of the Morley's equation and boundary conditions at the intersecting curve of two cylindrical shells,so that the accuracy of the solutions is raised and their applicable range is expanded up to d/D=0.93.The solutions are verified by some FEM solutions with very thin meshes.An analytical design method for the cylindrical shells with reinforced large openings is presented based on the theoretical solution.The results show that the safety coefficients of the pressure vessels with large openings,which is reinforced by replacing the same area as the opening,are not sufficient.
