中文摘要为了研究倾斜冲击射流的流场结构和传热性能,采用SIMPLE算法和RNGk-ε湍流模型,对三种入射角度下的狭缝湍流冲击射流进行了数值模拟。结果表明,由于射流的卷吸以及上封闭板的作用,在流场两侧的流出区域分别形成了一个环形的回流区。当射流倾角减小时,左侧回流区的范围变小,而右侧的回流区增大。流场中的低温区以及冲击表面压力系数最大值和局部Nu最大值的位置也都随着倾角的减小而向流场的左侧偏移。当倾角减小时,冲击表面压力系数最大值降低,局部Nu最大值没有明显的变化,射流与冲击面之间的平均传热率降低。; Turbulent impinging slot jets at three different angles were analyzed numerically using the SIMPLE algorithm and an RNG-based k-ε turbulence model to investigate the flow field structure and heat transfer characteristics. The results show a recirculation zone forming in the outflow region on each side of the jet due to entrainment and the effect of the top plate. As the jet angle decreases, the recirculation zone on the left side becomes smaller than that of the right side. The low temperature zone in the flow field as well as the locations of the maximum pressure coefficient and the maximum local Nusselt number on the impingement surface all move to the left side of the flow field as the angle decreases. Also as the angle decreases, the maximum pressure coefficient on the impingement surface decreases, the maximum local Nusselt number remains nearly constant, and the average heat transfer rate along the impingement surface decreases.
