中文摘要 | 论述近年来包括美国、日本和欧洲在内的若干国家开始了一系列的研究项目,旨在开发大容量高效率的超超临界汽轮机。超超临界汽轮机热效率的提高意味着更先进的材料和冷却技术,目前发展出的若干种新型高温材料已经有了ASME规范,对于中远期的超超临界汽轮机而言,直接采用镍基超级合金制造高温叶片将是一个发展趋势。超超临界汽轮机中的冷却问题,将会主要集中在对高压/中压汽缸的冷却上。; It is generalized that a series of projects have been initiated to develop the high-efficient ultra supercritical steam turbines in many countries,including USA,Japan and some countries in European.The efficiency improvement of the ultra supercritical steam turbine is mainly realized by advanced materials and cooling technologies.Currently,several new materials against high temperature have been included in the ASME standard.For the ultra supercritical steam turbine in a medium/long term,it should become a trend that first stage blade is made of Ni-based alloy.The advanced cooling technologies will be focused on the HP/MP casings. |
