Using this device, our new refrigerant named THR01 under medium and high temperature conditions was tested. The out temperature could reach and keep over 86℃ and match with conventional vapor drying kiln. The specific power consumption is between 0.38 and 1.04. Based on the experimental data, exergy analysis shows that the performance of the heat pump is better and the exergy losses in the compressor and in the pipes of compressor entry are key factors influencing the exergy efficiency of the heat pump. |
