中文摘要通过2008年夏季以现场实测与问卷调查相结合的方法对沈阳地区13栋公共建筑内空调系统和热湿环境状况进行了研究。主要结论如下:沈阳公共建筑内空调冷源方式以水冷式螺杆机组和溴化锂机组为主,水源地源热泵系统应用比较多。各种节能技术如变频技术、热回收和冰蓄冷使用较少,只有部分建筑内采用了节能运行管理办法。夏季各公共建筑内空气温度变化范围在22.9~27.6℃之间,空气相对湿度变化范围在40%~67%之间,大部分建筑内空气温度都要低于26℃。问卷调查分析表明除图书馆外其他建筑内人员热感觉都偏冷,但尽管如此,大多数人对所处建筑内的整体热环境还是比较满意的。; Air-conditioning systems and thermal environments of 13 public buildings were studied by field measurements and question-naires in Shenyang in summer of 2008. Main conclusions are as follow:Water-cooled screw chiller and Li-Br absorption refrigerating ma-chine are the two main cold source styles,and water/ground source pump systems are widely used in public buildings of Shenyang. Energy-saving technologies,such as frequency conversion,heat recollection and ice storage,are rarely applied and only a part of buildings conduct energy-saving operation. Air temperature ranges from 22.9 ℃ to 27.6 ℃ and air relative humidity ranges from 40% to 67% in the measured buildings,and air temperature are lower than 26 ℃ in most of the buildings. Questionnaires indicate that people would feel cold in most of the buildings except library,nevertheless,most people are satisfied with their living building environments.; “十一五”国家科技支撑计划《建筑室内热湿环境人工控制与改善关键技术研究》(编号:2006BAJ02A09-2)
