中文摘要CFB-FGD工艺中的CaO颗粒粒径偏大,CaO转化率比较低.降低CaO颗粒粒径的途径之一是优化脱硫剂制备工艺.为此,研究了用5种不同制备工艺得到的Ca(OH)2颗粒悬浮液和悬浮液中Ca(OH)2颗粒的算术平均粒径.实验结果表明,采用0.006mol/L的六偏磷酸钠溶液与CaO水合反应得到的Ca(OH)2颗粒悬浮液的分散度增加了6.62倍,Ca(OH)2颗粒的算术平均粒径降低到了1053nm.这是一种简单、有效、经济的脱硫剂制备工艺.; The CaO particle diameter in CFB(circulating fluidized bed)-FGD(flue gas desulphurization) technology is so large that the conversion rate of CaO in de-sulfurization reaction is rather low. To reduce the CaO particle diameter, the preparation process of absorbent must be optimized. This paper studied 5 different kinds of Ca(OH)_2 particle suspension liquid and the Ca(OH)_2 particle diameter. The experimental results reveale that hydration of solution of (NaPO_3)_6 with the concentration of 0.006 mol/L and CaO particles increase the dispersion rate by 6.62 times and the Ca(OH)_2 particle diameter is reduced to 1 053 nm. This is a simple, effective and economical process for the absorbents preparation of CFB-FGD technology.; 国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)资助项目(G19990222).
