中文摘要 | 在原有的循环流化床动态仿真数学模型的基础上,替换了虚拟换热器概念,建立了循环流化床炉膛分段数学模型.该模型把炉膛分成上下两段,分别考虑炉膛上下段的燃烧和传热情况,在关键参数的主导因素法的基础上,把主导过程分成快慢过程,从而解耦了物质能量计算.计算结果表明:两段模型保持了一段模型多工况精确吻合的特点,并具有正确的动态特性,更加符合循环流化床的实际运行,同时也为建立双裤衩结构的循环流化床动态数学模型提供了基础.; A multi-stage mathematical model was established based on the original mathematical model for dynamic simulation of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) by replacing the concept of virtual heat exchanger.The model divided the furnace into two sections and took account of the combustion and heat transfer conditions in upper and lower sections respectively.Based on the method of dominant factors for key parameters,the dominant process was divided into fast and slow process so as to decouple the energy equation of matter.The calculation results show that the two-stage model not only keeps the exact coincidence feature under multi-conditions like the one-stage model,but also has accurate dynamic features,which conforms to the actual operation of CFB even more.At the same time,it offers a basis for the establishment of the dynamic mathematical model for the CFB with double-breech structure.; 国家重点科技攻关项目600MWe超临界仿真资助项目(2006BAA03B04) |
