中文摘要为了选择性能较好的脱除CO2的吸收剂,以一乙醇胺溶液(MEA)、二乙醇胺溶液(DEA)、甲基二乙醇胺溶液(MDEA)、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇溶液(AMP)为目标吸收剂,用Aspenplus软件模拟各种吸收剂吸收CO2的工况,比较相同条件下采用不同吸收剂的吸收率、能耗和吸收剂成本等参数。结果表明,在这4种吸收剂中,MDEA的运行成本最低,脱除CO2的能耗为3.01GJ.t-1、吸收剂成本为32.4元。还针对MDEA进行了敏感性分析,分别考察了入口吸收剂量、塔高和级数对吸收效果的影响,为相关参数的优化组合提供了初始数据。; Better CO2 absorbents are needed to more efficiently reduce CO2 emissions from power plants.Monoethanolamine(MEA),diethanolamine(DEA),methyldiethanolamine(MDEA) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP) solutions were used to remove CO2 from the flue gas of a coal-fired power plant.The absorption-regeneration cycles were simulated using Aspen PlusTM to compare the performance of the solutions for the same conditions.The results show that MDEA solution is less expensive than the others.The reboiler for the MDEA based system requires 3.01 GJ per ton CO2 and the solvent cost is 32.4 RMB per ton CO2.A sensitivity analysis of the MDEA based system analyzed the influence of the solvent flow rate,packing height and number of segments.
