中文摘要对于大容量电站循环流化床(circulating fluid bed,CFB)锅炉技术,我国现在处于引进国外和自主开发相结合的阶段,国外的先进经验值得借鉴。介绍了300 MW等级的旋风筒CFB锅炉的简化,整体式水/蒸汽冷却紧凑型分离器CFB锅炉的开发,CFB锅炉部件的设计、制造、安装模块化,CO2接近零排放的CFB技术的发展等当前国内外大容量CFB技术的发展方向,并对超(超)临界CFB锅炉及生物质CFB锅炉的最新进展进行了综述,以供国内同行参考。; For large size circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler technology,China is now at the phase of combination of introduction for foreign technology and independent development,therefore it is worth to know the foreign development for large size CFB so as to use for reference.This paper introduces the developing direction and up to date development for large size CFB technologies,including: Simplified system for 300 MW class CFB boiler;Development of integrated CFB with steam/water cooled compact separator: Modularization for the design,manufacture and installation of the components for CFB boiler;Development of supercritical/ultra supercritical CFB boiler;Development of near zero emission CO2 technology for CFB boiler,etc.
