| 中文摘要 | 评价人体步态运动中,为了寻找能全面反映步态对称性特征的参数,该文通过推广Fitts定律提出了在二维极坐标下步长对称性和跨步长执行对称性2种4个指标,并且选用常用的时相对称性指标作为对比指标,对健康受试者和右腿膝关节僵直患者在不同情况下的步态对称性进行了对比实验研究。结果表明,新指标不仅适用于不同路况和运动模式的步态对称性评定,而且比常规的时相对称性指标更能准确反映跨越障碍和单侧关节僵直步态的不对称特征。; Current evaluation indices for gait symmetry can not represent the all-side characteristics of gait symmetry. This paper presents 4 indices including step length symmetry and stride length symmetry by extending Fitts's law to a two-dimensional polar coordinate system. Gait features measured in gait tests with a normal and a rigid right knee on different terrains and with different gait patterns were compared to identity key factors. The results show that the new indices can more effectively evaluate gait symmetry in all these conditions, and can represent the gait characteristics when spanning obstacles and with one rigid knee than the indices for time phase asymmetry.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(30370684); 博士点基金项目(20010003060) |
