中文摘要提高光和磁存储系统的存储密度,需要减小读写头和盘面之间的距离。为了仿真滑块读写头的工作状态,在VC6.0平台上开发了一种基于修正Reynolds方程的专用飞行滑块仿真软件——AirSlider。采用Fukui-Kaneko模型、Patankar有限体积法和矩形网格离散控制方程,对滑块产生的气浮力进行了数值求解。为了提高收敛速度,引入逐行扫描算法。该软件能对目前在硬盘和光盘领域广泛应用的各种形状滑块进行仿真。该文中,SIL和TPC两种滑块的仿真结果和实测数据之间的误差在±3%以内。; The clearance between slider and disk needs to be reduced to increase optical and magnetic storage system storage densities. Based on the revised Reynolds equation, a program, AirSlider, was developed with VC6.0 to simulate the air slider read-write head. The Fukui-Kaneko model, Patankar finite volume method, and rectangle grids were used to compute the air pressure. A line-by-line arithmetic was employed to achieve high convergence speed. The software can be used to simulate all kinds of sliders currently used in the hard disk and optical disk industries. The simulation results agree well with measurements with an error of � for the SIL and TPC sliders.; 教育部博士点基金资助项目(20020003015)
