中文摘要为了设计适于非轴对称车削的快速刀具伺服系统,考察刀具在往复直线和摆动驱动方式下的非轴对称车削成型运动,分析刀具驱动机构高速往复运动对机床的影响,提出大幅度非轴对称车削应采用摆动式驱动机构。根据零件表面数据与刀具运动位置数据的转换关系,基于环曲面光学零件型值数据和函数表达,分别设计刀具运动轨迹计算方法,给出刀具往复直线和摆动运动规律。该文结果为快速刀具驱动机构及其控制器的设计提供了原始数据。; An algorithm was given for surface generation for a fast tool servo for non-rotationally symmetric turning when the cutting tool was driven by a linear or rotary fast tool servo.The linear or rotary actuator is assumed to follow high-acceleration trajectories which has various effects on the turning machine. The results show that the rotary fast tool servo is better for machining non-rotationally symmetric surfaces with large amplitude.Usually,a non-rotationally symmetric surface is described by either discrete data or a mathematical function.The designs developed for both the linear and rotary tool paths based on the two kinds of descriptions provide the primary parameters for the design of fast tool actuators and their controllers.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50105009,50675117)
