中文摘要 | 研制并开发了用于角度标定的高精密角度分度装置及其测量控制系统,装置采用永磁直流力矩电机驱动精密轴系主轴的运转来带动分度盘的转动,以圆光栅测量系统检测主轴的转动角度,为了实现角度的零误差分度定位控制,转动角度的分度控制采用了闭环自动控制系统。研究分析了圆光栅测量信号处理中信号细分形成的系统非线性误差对装置分度精度的影响,建立了误差修正模型,通过误差补偿,系统在±5°的角度测量范围内分度控制精度达到±0.2″。; A highly precise angle-differentiated device and its auto-controlling and measuring system used for angle demarcation are researched and developed. A permanent magnet DC moment electromotor drives the precision principal shaft with the graduator, and the rotation angle of the system is monitored by a rotating grating measuring system. To achieve the goal of zero error angle-defferentiated orientation control, the angle-differentiated controlling system adopts a closed loop system. The nonlinear error caused by signal differentiation during the rotating grating measuring signal processing and the influence on the angle-differentiated precision are analyzed, and an eroor correction model is built. The precision of angle is ±02″ within the measuring range of ±05°. |
