中文摘要热-力破坏效应是导致光电器件激光损伤的重要因素。以激光与材料相互作用机理为基础,建立了激光辐照光学材料、光电器件的热-力学模型,并对其温度场分布和热应力场分布进行了解析求解。在此基础之上,对激光对K9玻璃、类金刚石薄膜、胶合透镜和HgCdTe探测器的热-力破坏效应进行了数值分析和实验研究。; Thermal and mechanical breakage is the key factor of laser damage on optical and photoelectric elements. The thermal-mechanical model of optical materials, optical and photoelectric elements induced by high power laser is set up based on laser-material interaction mechanism, and the transient temperature field distribution and thermal stress field induced by laser are analyzed through resolving the heat conduction equation.
