It can measure the molten level meter range of 0~150*!mm. The core of its sensor is made up of one transmitter coil and two receiver coils. The signal amplifier increased signal-to-noise ratio and expanded measurement range by adopting the differential and amplitude-modulating principle. Several parts of the signal processing unit process this amplified signal to linear isolated 4~20*!mA output that is reliable and available for molten steel level control. |
