中文摘要针对传统故障诊断专家系统实用性弱等缺点,面向现场实际应用,提出了基于状态预警机制并且融自动诊断、状态巡检和常规专家系统诊断为一体的多层次故障诊断系统设计方案。该方案基于数理统计原理,通过正态性和平稳性检验实现状态预警机制;利用故障模型辨识和诊断规则的量化实现自动诊断;通过对诊断规则的总结形成诊断流程以实现故障普查。利用该设计方案,针对实际汽轮机组和水轮机组,开发了相应的实际应用系统,并取得了很好的应用效果。; To improve the practicability of the fault diagnosis system, based on the condition warning mechanism, a scheme of practical application-oriented fault diagnosis system is proposed, which integrates auto-diagnosis, condition running inspection and conventional diagnosis expert system and can serves users with different knowledge background. In the proposed scheme, the condition warning mechanism is rea- lized using normality and stationarity test based on principle of the statistics. The auto-diagnosis is performed based on the fault model identification and quantization of the diagnosis rules. And the condition running inspection carries out the general survey of the fault following the diagnosis processes induced from the diagnosis rules. Using the proposed scheme, the real application systems are developed for the stream turboset and the hydropower set respectively. And the real application proves the proposed diagnosis system has better practicability and is more welcome by the plants compared with the conventional diagnosis expert system.; 教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”; 国家杰出青年科学基金资助项目(编号:50425516)。
