中文摘要目的:耳郭重建是全耳郭缺损修复的主要手段,是目前整形外科中最具挑战的手术之一。通过对不同的耳郭重建方法的比较,分析它们的优缺点,探求全耳郭缺损修复的发展趋势。资料来源:应用计算机检索Elseviers和Pubmed数据库1959-01/2004-12有关耳郭重建方面的应用及相关文章,检索词为“earreconstruction,microtia,auriclereconstruction”,限定文章语言种类为English;计算机检索CNKI1995-01/2004-10有关耳郭修复方面的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:①有关全耳郭缺损修复的各种方法的原理及实施方案。②耳郭重建的临床应用和动物实验。排除标准:综述文献、重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到56篇相关文献,将研究内容相似的文章进行归类,并将不同研究方法的权威人物发表的文献进行提取,最终获得14篇文献进行综合分析。资料综合:在文献中,有6篇是采用自体软肋骨来修复全耳郭缺损的,从最早方法的提出到目前最新的发展,有4篇是采用高密度多孔聚乙烯支架来修复的,介绍了其原理、方法及临床应用的情况,有2篇是介绍种植赝复体进行修复的,有2篇是关于应用组织工程技术进行修复的方法,主要是做了动物实验。结论:通过对现有全耳郭缺损修复方法的比较,可知组织工程技术将是耳郭再造最具潜力的方法。; OBJECTIVE: Ear reconstruction is a main measure for the repair of full auricle loss. It is a real challenge in plastic reconstruction. The paper was to compare several methods of ear reconstruction and analyze their advantages and disadvantages, so as to investigate the developing trend of the repair of ear loss. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Elseviers and Pubmed databases were undertaken to identify the articles about ear reconstruction published in English between January 1959 and December 2004 by using the of"ear reconstruction, microtia, auricle reconstruction". Meanwhile, Chinese articles about the repair of ear loss published from January 1995 and December 2004 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). STUDY SELECTION: The data were checked firstly. Inclusion criteria: ① paper about the principles and operation projects of the repair of ear loss ② paper about the clinical application and animal experiment. Exclusion criteria: reviews, repetitive studies and Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 56 relevant articles were collected, those of similar contents were classified, and the literatures published by authorized people were extracted, and finally 14 articles were comprehensively analyzed. DATA SYNTHESIS: Of the articles, 6 pieces used autogenous costal cartilage, from the early suggestion to the latest development 4 pieces used medpor porous polyethylene pivoting helix framework, which introduced the principle, method and clinical application, 2 pieces introduced counterfeit, and 2 pieces were about the application of tissue engineering in the repair of ear loss, which mainly performed animal experiments.CONCLUSION: By comparing the repairing methods of full auricle loss, it is known that tissue engineering has most potential prospects in ear reconstruction.
