中文摘要为了研究我国自主研制开发的高速列车合金锻钢制动盘在制动过程中所承受的热载荷,在1∶1制动动力试验台上进行220,270,300 km.h-1的3种初速度下的制动试验,并利用红外热像仪对制动过程中制动盘表面的温度场进行观测。结果表明:在制动过程中,盘面温度分布先由制动初期的带状升温扩展成面状,再由面状降温退缩形成团状热斑;盘面温度在制动过程中经历了急速上升、快速下降和缓速下降3个阶段;盘面最高温度随制动初速度的增加(220~300 km.h-1)而增大(700~1 200℃)。; The aim of this study is to get the characteristics of temperature field on forged steel brake disc of high-speed trains.Thermograph measurements with an infrared camera have been carried out on the rubbing surface of brake disc on a full-scale braking test bench,with three initial speed of braking at 220, 270 and 300 km·h~(-1).Based on the thermographs,three types of temperature distributions are observed in disc brakes i.e.,separated hot bands at beginning,complete hot bands during the braking and macroscopic hot spots during cooling.The temperature on the surface of brake disc changes in three steps,increasing very rapidly at beginning,decreasing rapidly after reaching peak,and finally decreasing slowly until stop.The peak temperature during braking process is increasing from 700 to 1 200 ℃ while the initial speed of braking increases from 220 to 300 km·h~(-1).; 清华大学与铁道部科技研究基金项目(T200401)
