中文摘要对激光熔覆成形制造过程中进行多层熔覆时的传热行为进行了数值模拟,分析了激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间隔时间以及对流换热系数对多层熔覆成形中熔池尺寸及其稳定成形的影响,获得了保持熔池尺寸和成形条件稳定条件下的优化的激光熔覆工艺参数。; The numerical simulation of the thermal phenomena in multi-layer laser cladding forming was carried out and the effects of process parameters such as laser power,scanning speed,spacing interval and coefficient of heat convection were investigated,which play an important role in keeping consistent building condition,especially how to keep the molten pool size stable at different cladding height.They are optimized based on the numerical simulation results of temperature field.; 973国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2007CB707704)
