中文摘要对高炉-中频炉双联短流程熔炼生产铸铁件工艺进行了分析研究。结果表明,这是一种优质、高效、低耗、清洁的铸造生产工艺。不但能够大幅度降低焦炭或电能的消耗量和污染物的排放量,而且铁液冶金质量好,产品合格率高,可带来巨大的能源、经济和环境效益。以一个年产10万吨铸铁件的铸造厂为例,采用双联短流程熔炼工艺后,相对于传统冲天炉熔炼工艺一年可降能耗5500多万千瓦时,节约各种成本3900多万元。并至少可减少污染物排放:粉尘400t,CO1000t,SO210t,HF25t。; The duplex melting process by Blast and Medium-Frequency Induction Furnaces for cast iron production has been studied.The results have shown an efficient,clean and energy saving process with merits such as high quality melts, energy efficiency,economic benefit and friendly environment. In a foundry with a production capacity of 100,000t/year, for example, 55MkWh of electric energy saving and 39 million RMB of cost reduction can be realized.Meanwhile,pollution reduction of over 400t dust,10t SO2,1000t CO and 25t HF will be realized at least.
