中文摘要应用Gleeble热模拟实验机,将试棒加热升温到奥氏体化温度并保温,然后再降至测试温度,得到了ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢奥氏体状态下的高温力学性能参数。与直接将试棒加热至测试温度所测试的高温力学性能对比,发现两者在400℃~800℃之间弹性模量和屈服应力存在很大差别,前者弹性模量高,屈服应力低。在铸造过程应力场数值模拟中,应根据凝固过程中的组织变化,选择相应组织的高温力学性能用于计算。; The austenite mechanical properties of ZG0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel in the range of 400 ℃~1 000 ℃ were measured by the Gleeble thermal simulator.The tensile bars were heated to austenitizing temperature,held for austenization,and then cooled down to the test temperature for mechanical loading.Compared with the traditional method,i.e.heating up directly to the testing temperature,(actually,the tensile bar is still under martensite microstructure),the elastic modulus and yield strength in 400 ℃~800 ℃ were found to have a great difference between these two methods.The modulus of austenite structure is higher than that of martensite,while,its yield strength is far lower than that of matensite.In the thermal stress analysis of casting process,high temperature mechanical properties must be chosen according to the microstructure in the casting process.; 国家科技支撑计划课题(2007BAF02B07)
