中文摘要	从人因学的研究角度出发,对106位外国人和156位中国人进行问卷调查,通过数理统计和结合实际的客观分析,找到了改进现有公共标志,使之适应于所有人群的有效因素:①设计标志时应该尽量与国际标准一致,或者使用国际通用的符号;②指示标志中对地址的注释使用英文;③适当的在原有标志中增添醒目的内容;④标志中只含有图案内容。; A survey was carried out to investigate the perception of Chinese and international people for some existing public signs and suggested improvements.106 international people and 156 Chinese participated in this survey.According to the statistical results,four suggestions are concluded: ①Using the international standards or universal signs in most countries;②Using English to translate the name of the address;③Adding some salient items into the signs;(4) Using the signs with the symbol or picture only.
