中文摘要 | 目前可靠性研究大多是针对单个部件,即使是多部件系统,也是假设各部件相互独立且故障分布相同的情况。为了确定多部件组成、部件之间具有故障相关性、部件的故障分布不同或分布类型相同参数不同的复杂系统的可靠性模型,建立了非致命冲击威布尔混合模型,并提出了一种综合参数估计方法。通过对铁路机车柴油机进行应用验证,结果表明应用该模型和参数估计方法得到的拟和曲线较现有的方法更加符合原始的运行数据曲线。; The review on the reliability model is mostly about single component.Even it is about a multi-components system, it is still based on the assumption that the components are independent and their distribution is same.In order to determine the reliability model of complex multi-components system with dependent failure and different distribution,a non-fatal impact Weibull mixture model was established,and a synthetical parameters estimation method was proposed.Finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the model and the synthetical parameters estimation method have been demonstrated by the application on the locomotive engine system. |
