中文摘要为确定最佳边界层分离点位置以提高泵的使用寿命和效率,给出了在一定浓度下以固体颗粒沿表面滑移为特征的离心泵叶片主动面固液两相流边界层模型。依据边界层内的速度分布得到边界层分离点的理论界限值,再根据叶片型参数Λj和固相扰动系数Kψ来估算边界层分离参考点的位置,最后通过调整叶片形状,将叶片沿程段内分离参考点的位置移向叶片的出口端。试验验证了分离参考点越靠近叶片的出口端,泵的测试性能越好。; In order to extend the life-span and raise efficiency of the pump by obtaining the optical position of reference point of boundary layer separation,the model of two-phase flow boundary layer on positive surface of centrifugal pump,which can not be reduced to be sparse and is characterized by solid grains sliding on the surface,is given out.By assuming velocity distribution in boundary layer,the theoretical limiting value in separation point is achieved.Also,by the vane type parameter Λj and the solid-phase disturbed coefficient Kψ,the position of reference point of boundary layer separation is accounted.Finally,by adjusting vane shape,the position of reference separation point on the way of vane is moved to outlet.It is proved that closer to outlet from reference separation point,better test property has the pump.; 山东省教育厅实验基金资助项目(20050397)
