中文摘要重点研究了几种单一孕育剂以及它们的复合作孕育剂对缸体用灰铸铁力学性能、壁厚敏感性和加工性能的影响。试验结果表明,在复合孕育处理的灰铸铁件中,选择40%稀土孕育剂+60%75硅铁孕育剂复合孕育处理的灰铸铁件抗拉强度可稳定在295MPa左右,且硬度合适并具有良好的品质系数。用20%75硅铁孕育剂+80%锶孕育剂复合孕育处理的缸体用灰铸铁件断面敏感性可降低到17HB。20%75硅铁孕育剂+80%锶孕育剂复合孕育处理的缸体用灰铸铁件具有最小刀具磨损量、显微硬度差。并且发现灰铸铁件基体的显微硬度差的变化与灰铸铁件的刀具磨损量变化有较好的吻合性,这说明灰铸铁件的组织均匀性对灰铸铁件的加工性能产生很大影响。; The effects of several compound inoculants on the mechanical property, processability and sensibility of the gray cast iron used in cylinder body are investigated in this article. The results show that tensile strength is higher than that of HT 295 grade, and metallurgy quality is improved for the gray cast iron inoculated using 40%RE+60%75SiFe compound inoculants. While the gray cast iron inoculated with 20%75SiFe+80%Sr compound inoculants has the best process-ability and the least sensibility and the least micro hardness difference. The wear extent of the drill increased obviously with the increase of the micro hardness difference of matrix structure, which shown the homogeneousness of matrix structure of the grey cast iron has great effect on the machinery of the gray cast iron.; 河南省科技攻关项目(0424290064); 河南科技大学重大科技前期预研专项(2004ZD004); 清华大学博士后流动站中国一拖集团博士后工作站项目。
