中文摘要目的考察施工过程中对杆件内力起控制作用的因素以及非线性、线性和几何初始缺陷对提升支架稳定承载力的影响,对新光大桥柔性提升架的强度和稳定承载性能进行分析验算,保证钢桁拱桥施工中提升支架的安全性.方法通过建立提升支架的有限元模型,进行非线性和线性有限元分析,得到各种施工工况下杆件内力和控制工况下提升支架的稳定承载力极限值.结果提升主拱中段和提升边拱时支架内力达到最大;顺桥向风力产生弯距与吊索拉力产生的弯距方向一致,两者作用组合以后支架内力达到最大;柔性方案不但用最小的截面满足了强度承载力要求,同时还提高了稳定承载性能.结论提升塔稳定承载性能分析必须考虑结构非线性;提升塔几何初始缺陷虽然对稳定屈曲荷载影响不明显,但是也不能忽视.; In the construction of arch bridge,the ribs are often hoisted in whole or in several segments.It is very important to analyze the bearing capacity of hoisting supports where ribs of arch bridge are lifted by jacks fixed on supports.Supports are the main bearing structure during the hoisting process.This study analyzes the bearing capacity of steel hoisting supports and towers in a practical example——Guangzhou Xinguang Bridge.The bridge is located in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,and is designed as a 3-span continuous steel truss arched bridge.It has a total length of 1083.20 m,and a main span of 428 m.Ribs braced on six supports and two towers are divided into five segments to be hoisted.We examined the structure of flexible hoisting supports and towers and construction procedure of this bridge,followed by strength and stability analysis of flexible hoisting brackets with both linear and nonlinear method.Results showed that stress derived from the nonlinear method is very close to the result from linear analysis,but the ultimate nonlinear buckling load is much smaller.Additionally,the influence of initial defects on the ultimate nonlinear buckling load was considered in the buckling analysis,and it showed little effect on the ultimate load.; 北京市自然科学基金项目(8053021)
