中文摘要 | 以康扬水电站为例,针对裂缝成因进行了综述和分析,采用化学灌浆法进行裂缝处理。介绍了Denepox 40环氧树脂低压无损注浆技术处理混凝土微细裂缝,质量可靠,工艺先进,不仅对裂缝进行了补强处理,甚至对混凝土内部的缺陷也进行了补强处理。实践证明化学灌浆法在水工混凝土裂缝处理上可以取得良好效果。; Taking the construction of Kangyang Hydropower Station as an actual case,the genesis of concrete cracking is summarized and analyzed herein,and the cracks are treated with the chemical grouting measure concerned.During the construction of this project,the technology of low-pressure and nondestructive grouting with Denepox 40 epoxy resin is applied to the treatment on the micro-cracks of the concrete;from which not only the cracks are reinforced,but the concrete internal defects are also treated.The practice shows that better effect can be got with the chemical grouting for the treatment of concrete cracking. |
