中文摘要 | 在常规拔丝工艺上利用自行研制的电子拉丝机,进行电致塑性加工镁合金丝材的试验,并对电致塑性拉拔后镁合金丝材的微观组织进行系统分析。结果表明,在镁合金的拔制过程中引入适当的高能脉冲电流后,拔制应力出现较大幅度的降低,降幅可达15%~25%,材料的塑性也得到了显著提高,与常规拔丝工艺相比,具有可取消或减少退火次数,提高生产效率,节省能源,降低生产成本的优点。; The experiments on electroplastic treating of Mg-alloy wire are conducted by traditional cold-drawing technology with self-designed electro-drawing machine,and the microstructure of the treated Mg-alloy wire is systemically analyzed.The results show that the drawing deformation stress of the Mg-alloy wire is remarkably decreased by a factor of 15%~25% with use of high energy pulse electric current,and the plasticity of the materials is obviously improved.Comparing to the traditional cold drawing,the electro-drawing technology has the advantages of cancelling anneal treatment or decreasing the times,improving working efficiency,reducing energy consumption and production cost.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50571048) |
