中文摘要将纳米氧化锆(ZrO2)粒子添加到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜铸液中,通过相转化法制备了一系列不同ZrO2含量的ZrO2/PVDF杂化膜。通过SEM、EDX、XRD等技术对杂化膜结构进行表征,发现ZrO2粒子填充到聚合物网络结构中,使膜孔径变小,并且降低了膜的结晶度。膜超滤实验表明,随着ZrO2含量的增加,膜纯水通量先增加后减小;膜对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率逐渐增加,而通量衰减有所降低,说明ZrO2的加入能够有效提高膜对BSA的抗污染性能。; A series of hybrid membranes with different amounts of ZrO2 were prepared by adding nano-sized ZrO2 particles into PVDF via the phase-inversion process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize these hybrid membranes, and the results showed that ZrO2 particles were mixed into the PVDF polymer matrix, and hence reduced the membrane pore size and decreased PVDF membrane crystallinity. Ultra-filtration tests showed that pure water flux of membrane first increased and then decreased after increasing ZrO2 content into the PVDF polymer matrix; and meanwhile BSA removal efficiency was markedly improved and flux reduction coefficient was decreased, which also indicated ZrO2 can improve membranes anti-fouling capability significantly.; 国家科技重大专项水体污染控制与治理课题(2008ZX07423-002)
