中文摘要通过绝缘子表面污秽状况调查、人工污秽试验和电场计算来分析500kV港城变电站外绝缘严重放电的原因,认为港城站设备上附着有含糖污秽,导致外绝缘某些区域电场增强,从而引起比较强烈和普遍的放电现象。以人工污秽试验研究了含糖污秽与不含糖污秽的放电机理,同时探讨防污闪涂料对于削弱港城站外绝缘放电的效果和长期性能。文章还基于电场计算结果提出了改善电场分布的均压环参数选择建议。; The cause of serious discharges of external insulation in 500 kV Gangcheng Substation is analyzed through of insulator surface contaminations surveys, artifical cantamination laboratory tests and the electric-field calculations, and it is concluded that sugar-containing contaminations attached to the equipments in the substation result in the electric-field increase of some regions of the external-insulation surfaces, and thus lead the strong and widespread discharge.The discharge mechanism of the sugar-containing and non sugar-containing contaminations are studied with artifical cantamination laboratory tests, at the same time the effect and long-term performance of the anti-pollution coating to weaken the external-insulation discharges in the substation are discussed too.Based on the electric-field calculation results, this paper proposes some suggestions for the corona ring parameters selection of the insulator strings to improve the electric-field distribution.
