中文摘要	伴随着对现代多元社会所潜藏的深刻而持久的社会和道德冲突的回应,审议民主理念在对传统民主范式的反思和矫正中逐步崛起。然而,这一民主理论的新转向却面临诸多困境。差异民主论的重要代表艾里斯.玛瑞恩.杨秉持民主实践是促进社会正义之有效方式的理念,从弱势群体的视角对之进行了反思,并宣称审议民主无论是其所强调的话语表达方式还是对共识的青睐都有可能造成对某些人、某些群体的不正义,因而主张以"交往民主"的观念来表达于多元差异的境遇中化解冲突的方式以及对塑造公正而富有活力的公共生活所具有的包容性、开放性和正义性。关注与评析西方民主理念的最新进展,有助于为当代中国社会主义民主政治的推进与完善提供有益思考。; In order to response to social and moral conflicts latent in the modern pluralistic society,the theory of deliberative democracy develop with reflections to traditional democratic model.There are,however,many challenges to such a new trend.Among these,Iris Marion Young,as an important assertor of differential democracy,criticizes that it is likely to bring injustice to some people and groups from the perspective of the disadvantaged,because it emphases on the style of speech and the unity.So Young argues that the idea of communicative democracy is the better way to resolve the conflicts and help to shape the public life both just and active in the condition of diversity.And through these arguments,we try to considerate how to advance our socialistic democracy.; 第44批中国博士后科学基金阶段性研究成果
