| 中文摘要 | 在对创造力的八种理论予以介绍和评论的基础上,提出了创造力的文化金字塔模型,该模型包括创造力金字塔和文化球层两个部分,其中创造力金字塔包括创造力、身体、心理和精神四个部分,而文化球层则分为个体、关系和集体三个层面。最后,作为对该模型的初步验证,分别介绍了一项关于视觉艺术创造力的中德跨文化实验研究和一项关于一般创造力与组织创新气氛关系的横断研究。; After reviewing eight typical theories of creativity,the Cultural Pyramid Model of Creativity(CPMC) was developed.CPMC consists of two parts,Creativity Pyramid and Cultural Globe.Creativity,body,mind and spirit compose the Creativity Pyramid and Cultural Globe is divided into three levels,individual,relational,and collective.Last but not the least,to testify the model from the very beginning,two studies were introduced.One experimental study was concerning Chinese-German cross-cultural study of visual artistic creativity.And the other cross-sectional study was related to the relations between general creativity and organizational creative climate. |
