| 中文摘要 | 目的介评从家庭治疗领域中派生出来的叙事治疗。方法整理和回顾近年来叙事治疗的研究和文献,评述了叙事治疗的理论基础、技术和临床应用。结果叙事治疗强调个体的问题来源于主流文化的压制。通过外化、解构、重写等技术,个体把自我认同从文化的压制中解放出来,就会获得力量,以更积极的态度去面对未来的生命挑战。叙事治疗已经被广泛应用到治疗进食障碍、自闭症等。结论该疗法适应现代社会人们的心理需求。它要求治疗师"不知道"的立场对有经验的治疗师是个挑战。未来研究方向是叙事治疗的本土化。; Objective To introduce and evaluate the narrative therapy which was formed and developed from family therapy. Methods To review some latest researches and literatures of narrative therapy and comment on the theoretical basis,technique and application in practice. Results It views that human problems arise from the oppression of dominant culture. Once individuals liberate their self identities from the oppressive culture by externalization,deconstruction and re-authoring,they will obtain power and face challenge with more positive attitude. It has been applied to a wide range of therapeutic domains,such as anorexia,autism,and so on. Conclusion It meets the psychological needs of contemporary people. However,it is a challenge for the experienced therapists,for it needs the therapist to "not knowing" stance. As a therapeutic theory of the west,the prospect of narrative therapy is indigenization. |
