| 中文摘要 | 对法律语言的语言学研究在近几十年开始逐渐发展起来,但是现在尚不完善。这类研究多以语用学中的各种理论为切入点,主要研究对话的言外之意,难免会忽视语言本身内在的特点。本文尝试用系统功能语法来分析英语法庭辩论语言的特征。具体来说,本文以小句为主要分析单位,从概念功能入手,通过分析一个语篇及物系统中的动词过程类型和措辞特点等方面,来观察法庭辩论语言在概念功能的实现方面的特点及其所使用的辩论技巧的特点。; Research on forensic language, an important register of language, has received more and more attention from linguists in recent decades. However, these scholars often do their research from the pragmatic angle, focusing mainly on linguistic implicatures.As a result,they often ignore the intrinsic linguistic features of this register. This paper attempts to apply Systemic-Functional theories to analyzing the trial language, a variety of forensic language. It analyzes the process types of the transitivity system in a discourse taken from a court debate, and then summarizes the ways by which the ideational function is realized through these processes and lexical choices in this court discourse. |
