中文摘要	20世纪90年代以来,体裁写作研究,在国外二语教学中,得到了普遍重视。新世纪以来,中国语境中的英语写作问题,引起了研究者与语言教师的注意。针对我国英语教学中的实际问题,结合国外体裁写作研究成果,本文通过对求职信函写作教学训练活动的分析总结,旨在探索学术英语写作的改革出路。本文共由四个部分组成。第一部分"背景介绍",凸显了英语写作能力培养的重要性。第二部分"宏观思维"与第三部分"在地行动",互为前提,阐述了理论指导、技术精巧、创新教学之间的辩证关系。第四部分"经验分享",通过对求职信函写作训练过程的分析描述,总结概括出体裁写作教学的六大特色,揭示出互动教学的显著效果。; Over the past decade,genre writing has received much attention both in second language research and in foreign language learning practice.The present study reports some encouraging results obtained from an experimental writing class in a Chinese context by using genre writing as an innovative way to enhance quality teaching in EAP(English for Academic Purposes).There are four parts in this report.In the first part,the importance of English writing in international communication was highlighted and the drawback in the teaching of English writing in China was discussed.A "thinking globally" and "acting locally" relationship was then set up in ensuing two parts to deal with the problems facing English writing instructors in China.Six merits were drawn from the current experimental teaching and were reported in the closing part to promote more innovation in the teaching of writing at the graduate level of training.
