中文摘要全国师德论坛山西分论坛围绕师德核心主题,对“师爱”、“尊重”和“以人为本”的师德内涵达成了共识,实现了从教育爱到教育爱与母爱相结合、师生关系从师道尊严到建立师生互相尊重的新型关系、教育原则从以教师为中心到以学生为本的三个转变,提升了师德内涵的时代性、民主性与进步性。; At Shanxi Sub-Forum Of National Teachers' Morality Forum circling the subject of teachers' morality the common understanding of teacher-morality connotation has been reached as for 'love of teachers', 'respect' and 'man-based', and three changes have taken place like the connection of love of education with love of mother has been realized, the new teacher-student relation has been established from the dignity of teachers to teacher-student mutual respect, and the educational principle from teacher-teaching-based to student-based, which advance the natures of times, democracy and progress in teacher-morality connotation.
