The counterforce mainly came from the political factors related to Japan's view of the historical issues. A correct view and treatment of the historical issues is not only the political foundation of Sino - Japanese relations, but also the propelling force for further cooperation among China, Japan, ROK, etc. In this regard, while pushing forward cooperation in East Asia, one must also analyze Japan's view on Asia and its evolution, from which some historical lessons may be drawn. |
