| 中文摘要 | 对中国17个专业的注册工程师制度法规和45个工程社团章程文本的伦理内涵进行解读,并且参照中国工程师学会的《中国工程师信条》历史沿革和国际工程组织联盟的工程伦理规条范本,从纵向和横向两个维度进行了分析比较,可知:中国注册工程师的制度具有明确的伦理意识,但其内涵滞后于当今时代的伦理观念,工程师社团尚缺乏自觉的伦理意识。而中国工程师职业伦理意识的落后现状与当前中国工程实践快速发展的局面严重不适应,应该引起广泛重视。; The paper investigates into bylaws of China's 17 sorts of registered professional engineers and constitutions of 45 kinds of engineering societies in China,reviews the ethic consideration in the ethic code of China Institute of Engineers(CIE) in a historic dimension,and compares China's ethic consideration with the model ethic code of World Federation of Engineering Organizations(WFEO) from an international perspective.It is concluded that the ethic consideration of China's engineer profession can not keep up the pace of engineering practice nowadays in China.The purpose of the research is to reveal the problem and arouse more concern. |
