| 中文摘要 | 实现社会性别平等与公平,是一个世界性议题。中国政府承诺:国家的人才发展战略要体现男女平等原则,将妇女教育的主要目标纳入国家的教育规划。《中国妇女发展纲要(2001-2010年)》明确规定,在课程、教育内容和教学方法改革中,把社会性别意识纳入教师培训课程。但是,尽管在大多数地区男女之间的政治和法律平等已取得进展,要改变人们的性别价值观和信仰仍需努力和恒心。作为一个教育研究工作者,我建议加强中小学校的性别平等教育。; Gender equity and equality is an issue all over the world.The goverment of China has promised to reflect the principle of equality between men and women in the State's human resource development strategy and to include it among the main targets of women's education in the State's educational plan.It is explicitly prescribed in the National Program of Action for the Development of Chinese Women(2001-2010)to include the avareness of social gender into teachers' training in the reform on courses,content of educatioon and teaching methods.However,despite progress having been made in political and legal equality between the sexes in most areas,it will still take effort and persistence to change people's ideas and beliefs about gender values.Being a research fellow of education I suggest that the education of gender equality should be strengthened in middle and primary schools. |
