中文摘要4-BDAF是制备聚酰亚胺取向剂材料的关键中间体之一。自主设计了易于国产化的、全新的4-BDAF工艺合成路线。采用六氟丙酮、苯酚为起始原料,选择甲基磺酸为催化脱水剂,经过三步反应,通过优化原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等实验参数来选择最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在六氟丙酮、苯酚、催化剂的摩尔配比为1∶2∶2,反应温度控制在155℃,反应时间为11 h时的条件为最优工艺条件,4-BDAF的总收率达到57%。产品再经过精密提纯,在品质方面达到了国外公司产品的同等水平,价格具有明显优势,且易实现工业化量产。; Polyimide(PI) was widely used as alignment agent of TET-LCD because of its excellent advantages,while 4-BDAF was a key intermediate of alignment layer used for PI preparation.A new synthesis method of 4-BDAF was studied and the reaction conditions were optimized in this research.The results showed that optimal reaction conditions were: the molar ratio of hexafluroacetone,phenol and catalyst was controlled to be 1∶2∶2;methanesulfonic acid was chosen as the catalytic dehydrant;the reaction temperature was 155 ℃;and the reaction time was 11 h,respectively.The yield of 4-BDAF was 57%.The quality of the purified products could be equal to that from companies overseas.However,the price was competitive.And the technology could be industrialized easily.; 国家“863”计划资助项目(No.2007AA02Z226)
