中文摘要全国大规模调查得到的982份有效问卷的统计分析结果表明,我国企业组织学习是以个体、团体、组织层和组织间学习为主线,开发式和利用式学习为内容的过程。学习类型是个体或集体层的利用式学习。企业偏重团体学习而忽视开发式学习,民营企业学习水平高于国有和三资企业,在企业发展阶段和企业规模上也有不同特点。; It is necessary to explore organizational learning of Chinese enterprises for leading and managing organizational learning and improving the organizational learning capacities.This study explored the mechanism,style and characteristics of organizational learning.Nine hundred and eighty two valid surveys were collected by survey all over the country.The results of SEM(structure equation model) showed the organizational learning process model where individual learning was the start point,organizational level learning was the goal of the process,exploitation learning and exploration learning were the important parts of the model,and the intra organizational learning and inter organizational learning were correlated.The results also showed that the organizational learning style of Chinese enterprises was individual level or collective level exploitation learning.Chinese enterprises pay more attentions to collective learning,but neglect exploration learning.The organizational learning levels of civil enterprises were higher than state-owed and foreign-owned ones.The size of enterprises and the stage of Chinese enterprises had some effects on organizational learning of Chinese enterprises.These results have important implications on the practices of Chinese enterprises.; 国家自然科学基金项目(70572010); 广东省社会科学基金项目(03/04B11); 北京师范大学社会科学基金项目(104952)
