中文摘要利用结构方程探索供应链流程因素指标、关系因素指标、经营因素指标与企业财务收益和潜在竞争收益之间的关系,研究表明流程因素指标和关系因素指标将直接影响企业的潜在竞争力,同时经营因素指标不仅对潜在竞争力产生作用,也直接决定了企业的财务绩效,并且潜在竞争力对财务绩效具有相当大的影响,从而探索了分销商绩效实现的途径和价值创造的过程。; Recently China distribution industry has undergone great changes,under which circumstances,how to evaluate distributor's performance has become a key issue in supply chain distribution.This paper propose a performance value index model based on literature review and China enterprise background analysis,and validate the correlation among process performance,relational performance,operation performance,financial benefits and potential competitive benefits by using SEM.The result shows that process performance and relational performance have positive effects on potential competitiveness,while operational performance has great influence on both financial benefit and potential competitiveness,at the same time,potential competitiveness also positively relate to financial benefit.
