| 中文摘要 | 为了发挥“企业资源规划(ERP)”的威力,控制其可能带来的风险,提出了一种新的ERP风险因素的评估方法——“企业资源规划功能配置法(EFD)”。以往的风险评估方法,主要是以概率论为基础的决策书、故障树等简单工具,或是神经网络,网络评审技术等高级方法。该方法运用了“质量功能配置(QFD)”的原理,将ERP的特性转化为对企业运作的要求,从而得出企业成功实施ERP需要满足的条件。实例分析表明,该方法可以消除概率论的估算困难,并减少解决问题的复杂性。; A new risk assessment method in the Enterprise Resource Planing(ERP)named the "ERP Function Deployment(EFD)" was presented to exert the effects of ERP and to minimize its risk.The former assessment methods included simple tools like the Decision Tree or Fault Tree based on probability,and advanced techniques like the NN or the PERT.This method transfered the traits of ERP to the demands on enterprise operation,using the quality function deployment(QFD),to get the preconditions for the successful implementation of ERP.This method was used to a case to assess the risk in the ERP implementation.The result shows that EFD can remove both the difficulties in probability estimation and complexities in advanced techniques.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(70231010,70321001,70471005) |
