中文摘要	本文分析了我国自十八、十九世纪至今国家创新系统的演进过程。文中将这一演进过程分之为五个阶段:第一阶段为十八世纪到十九世纪上半叶,第二阶段为晚清政府时期(1860-1911),第三阶段是中华民国时期(1912-1949),第四阶段为建国到改革开放以前(1949-1978),第五阶段是改革开放以后至今(1978-)。本文分别就这五个阶段,分析了国家创新系统演变的整体经济环境,各创新主体的发展状况及相关制度的影响,各创新主体间的相互作用及相关制定建设,以及国家创新体系的相关制度建设。最后,初步归纳了我国国家创新系统的演进轨迹。其中,本文下篇主要分析了后两个阶段,即从建国到改革开放再到现今的国家创新系统的历史演进情况。; This Paper analyzed the revolution of Chinese national innovation system. The paper divided the evolution into five periods: first period began from 18th century to the first half of 19th century; the second period was late Qing dynasty, from 1960 to 1911; the third period was Republic of China period, from 1912 to 1949; the fourth period began from the establishing of People Republic of China till the early days of reform and opening-up, which is 1949 to 1978; and the fifth period was from reform and opening-up till present. This paper analyzed the whole economic environment of national innovation system; the situation of innovation subjects and the related policies’ influences towards them; and the construction of national innovation system related policies. At the end of the article, there was a preliminary conclusion of the evolution of innovation system. The second half of this article was mainly analyzed the evolution of national innovation system from fourth to fifth period (1949- ).; 国家教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大课题《中国自主创新理论研究》; 国家软科学课题《国家创新体系的转型研究》
