中文摘要	数量折扣是最常见的实现供应链系统Pareto改善的机制。已有文献研究表明:不管是在EOQ框架内还是在“报童”框架内,仅应用数量折扣无法确保系统的完美协调。本文对上述结论进行了挑战,以供应商的视角研究了连续型数量折扣实现系统完美协调的问题。首先构建了连续的数量折扣形式,给出了其实现系统完美协调的必要条件,并设计了求解契约参数的迭代算法;然后,通过对离散型和连续型数量折扣实现系统绩效改善的差异分析,发现离散型数量折扣无法实现系统完美协调的原因在于其单向激励;而连续型的数量折扣因“销售商数量折扣超额福利”的转移而属双向激励;最后,对上述结论进行了释义和算例仿真。; The quantity discount is a mechanism to ensure the Pareto improvement of the supply chain system. Present literatures show that the quantity discount alone cannot realize the perfect coordination, whether in the EOQ framework or the Newsboy framework. This paper addresses the challenge in dealing with perfect coordination with the quantity discounts alone in the supplier′s view. Firstly, continuous quantity discounts are modeled, which depicts the relationship between the ordering quantity and the wholesale discounts, and its necessary condition is developed to achieve the perfect coordination, and then iterative sequential search arithmetic is designed to determine the optimal contract parameters. Then, through the analysis in depth, it cannot realize the coordination with the discrete quantity discount due to its uni-lateral incentive, and the continuous one belongs to the bilateral incentive mechanism because of the transfer of the retailer′s extra welfare derived from the quantity discounts.
