中文摘要	工业革命最先发生在英国,其之创新体系的演化对于我国有重要的借鉴意义。本文将英国国家创新体系的演进过程分为三个时间段,即工业革命—19世纪末、19世纪末到二战前,以及二战后至今。在这三个时间段中,英国的国家创新系统发生了一系列变化。文中分别就这三个阶段,分析了英国国家创新系统演变的整体经济环境,各创新主体的发展状况及相关制度及其建设的影响,以及各创新主体之间的相互关系与作用。; Britain was the first place where Industrial Revolution happened,the evolution of their national innovation system is helpful for us.The paper divided Britain national innovation system into three time periods.The first period is from the beginning of Industrial Revolution to the end of 19 century. The seeond one is from 19 century to the beginning of World War Two.The third one is after World War Two till present.During these three periods, the national innovation system had changed a lot in Britain.The paper analyzed the whole economic environment for the evolution of Britain national innovation system;the situation of innovation subjects and the related policies' influences towards them;and the influences among the innovation subjects.; 国家教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大课题《中国自主创新理论研究》; 国家软科学课题《国家创新体系的转型研究》。
