| 中文摘要 | 本文认为,美国次贷危机的爆发标志着美国超前消费模式和自由资本主义模式的终结,也标志着旧的世界金融体系的崩溃,世界经济将进入一个大的调整和动荡时期。受其影响,我国未来一段时期内外部需求增长将明显下降,并导致工业增速相应放慢,以住房、汽车为对象的信用消费可能出现明显下滑。但从长期来看,我国国内经济增长潜力巨大,国际位势相对有利,为了降低风险、把握机遇,应采取积极措施,刺激内需增长,加速经济结构的转型,保持经济平稳、快速增长。第一,宏观调控取向应调整为保增长,调结构;第二,适度放松货币政策和财政政策;第三,采取积极措施,加速推进节约型经济与循环经济发展;第四,加大农村经济体制改革力度,加快实现城乡一体化步伐,推进社会主义新农村建设。; The authors believe that the exploration of subprime crisis in US indicates the end of excessive consumption mode and free capitalist mode.It also indicates the collapse of the old world economic system.And the world economy will enter into a new adjustable and turbulent period.Influenced by this,in the future several years,China's domestic and foreign demand will be decreasing which in turn will lead to a decreased industrial growth.But in the long run,we have a great potential capability for domestic economic growth.To prevent risk and seize opportunities,we should adopt positive countermeasures,boost domestic demand,accelerate economic structural transformation and maintain a quick and stable economic growth. |
