| 中文摘要 | 研究了包含一个生产商和一个零售商的双渠道供应链,生产商既利用自己的销售渠道,也使用零售商销售渠道,消费者在一条渠道缺货时,可能部分转至另一渠道,由此导致了渠道之间的库存竞争.首先分析了分散决策系统库存博弈均衡的一些性质,在此基础上提出了一种能够反映强势零售商特点并同时有效控制生产商生产行为的契约协调机制,该机制同时应用了数量协调与价格协调策略,能够严格改进交易双方的期望利润.; This paper considers a dual channels supply chain including one manufacturer and one retailer.Consumers will choose the other channel if their preferred one is out of stock.This results in inventory competition between the two channels.First,some attributes of the inventory game equilibrium in a decentralized system are analyzed,and then a proper coordinating contract that includes both price and quantity mechanism is presented.Such a contract not only reflects the operational characteristics of a powerful retailer but also controls the manufacturer's production behavior effectively.Finally,it is proved that the contract can strictly improve each side's expected earnings.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(7053200470621061) |
