The government provides the medical health public efficiency and government's ability related,but improves the medical service government mechanism to be allowed to support and to strengthen the government ability.The modern medical service service manages and governs must pay great attention to the medical service information control,namely dynamic outside sets at (release) to diagnose and treat the information and the financial information.The medical service management experience doctor the autonomy leadership,the hospital management leadership,the third party has paid expenses the restriction leadership and so on three development times,was entering the fourth development time--the society appraisal and the surveillance leadership time.From doctor the autonomy,the hospital management,the third party pays expenses restricts the social appraisal and the surveillance government structure is forming,namely "two-dimensional four medical service government mechanism".
